(Hotel La Princesa), with RUC 20300043535 and located at Calle Tomas Guido No. 116, Lince district, Lima, Peru; processes personal data collected independently through various electronic forms available on the website, applications, and other digital environments provided by Hotel La Princesa, including consents granted by telephone or other forms of communication that refer to this Privacy Policy.

OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE

At Hotel La Princesa, we are aware of the high value our clients place on privacy when interested in our products and services (hereinafter «users»). In line with this, we are committed to respecting their privacy and protecting the confidentiality of their private information and personal data. Therefore, the objective of this privacy policy is to inform our users how personal data is collected, processed, and protected, as defined by Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law. The website aims to present the products and/or services offered by Hotel La Princesa, manage the contracting of these services/products, provide information about them, as well as facilitate other relevant content and create a communication space for users.

To provide its products and services, Hotel La Princesa informs users that under current regulations (Law No. 29733 and its regulations), it is authorized to process personal data provided physically or digitally by users or to which Hotel La Princesa legitimately has access. This includes data provided in the future or generated as part of service provision. Consent must be free, prior, express, unequivocal, and informed unless exceptions are established by law.

Therefore, Hotel La Princesa does not require consent to process user information obtained from public sources, whether free or paid. It may also use data from non-public sources provided that such sources have the user’s consent to process and transfer that data. Users agree to keep their information up to date while maintaining a relationship with Hotel La Princesa to ensure the proper delivery of services.

As a consequence, the client declares to be informed that the authorization granted will remain valid as long as the contractual, commercial, or any other kind of relationship with Hotel La Princesa is active and for up to two (2) years after its termination. In such cases, personal data will be stored in the Hotel La Princesa database registered in the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data under the name “Guests.” If a reservation is made, the authorization will remain valid for up to two (2) years from the date of consent.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

Hotel La Princesa will process user-provided information to execute any contractual, commercial, or other types of relationships maintained or to be established with the user, collect personal data of guests via e-commerce, web platforms, and at the hotel reception in order to provide accommodation services, respond to customer inquiries, carry out loyalty activities, and for statistical, analytical, or customer behavior analysis and to evaluate service quality.

Hotel La Princesa offers digital and call center channels to handle inquiries. Through these channels, necessary personal data is collected to provide support, monitor and improve support processes, investigate, manage, and resolve inquiries or concerns, in accordance with current applicable regulations and regulatory authorities. Data may also be transferred to authorized authorities or third parties under current national/international laws (including Law No. 29733 and its updates or replacements).

Optionally, your personal data may be used by Hotel La Princesa for the following purposes:

Offering of products, services, and promotions by Hotel La Princesa.
Users may revoke their express consent at any time.

CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION TO DATA PROCESSING

Users may exercise their rights in accordance with the regulations of Law No. 29733 by sending an email to: administracion@hotellaprincesa.com.pe with the subject «Data Protection», attaching:

ARCO rights application, duly completed and signed (you can download it here).
A simple, legible copy of their National Identity Document.
If acting through a representative: notarized power of attorney (no older than 30 days) and a copy of the representative’s ID.
Other supporting documents if needed.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Hotel La Princesa has a video surveillance system on its premises for security purposes. The system is managed in compliance with personal data protection laws and is governed by this Policy where applicable. Hotel La Princesa has adopted legally required data protection and security measures, including technical resources within its reach. The data captured will be stored for 30 days and managed in the data bank registered as “Video Surveillance.”

VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on March 14, 2025. Hotel La Princesa reserves the right to modify its Web Privacy Policy in the event of changes in applicable legislation, jurisprudence, doctrine, or company policies. Any changes will be published on this website, and users are advised to review it periodically.
